Stormwater Unit :: Draft NPDES Phase II Stormwater Individual Permits

The following municipalities were designated by the US EPA for inclusion in the Phase II stormwater program.  The municipalities were designated because their municipal boundaries intersected a US Census-defined Urbanized Area.  The Division of Water Quality was required to prepare draft permits for municipalities designated by the 1990 Census by November 1, 2004.  The draft permits for the municipalities designated by the 2000 Census will be available by May 1, 2005.  Click on a community's name to see their draft permit.  Several counties also applied for Phase II stormwater permits and they are included in the table below.
